Fragile

You never appreciate
how fragile trust can be
until you touch
a broken heart
********************
My second version, but the first one is simpler and I think I like it better :)

We never realize
how fragile
trust could be
Then, one day
you stumble upon
a broken heart

**********************
Daisy's version :)

We never realize
how fragile
trust could be
until someone broke my heart

  5. God, I have become stone hearted :(
    I cry no more!
Well, I cried once 2-3 weeks ago, I think :P

Anyways, getting back to your post, I like the 1st version much better.

    Good job "Lotus jaan" :D

  6. Too much dear and jaan? Maybe ... I am freeing up my feminine side, but I go too far sometimes

I really like both laughing from the heart and loud and crying from the heart and expressive ;)
They release a lot of energy :D

Thanks for your comment, Shadi A Banoo ;)

  7. No, I didn't mean you are using a lot of "dear or jaan". I just liked it and used it.

I am very boring and neutral! I have simply jailed all my emotions, good and bad, happy and sad! I sometimes try to express myself more... practicing...

  8. I felt that a little bit in you ... I was very much withdrawn and expressionless only a few years ago.

For me, the underlying issue was "fear of expression", I was afraid of losing people's approval.

What really worked for me was finding a center, literally through meditation and being mindful about the tanden/hara/naval-area of the body!!!!!

Anyway, we all learn from practice and observation, that is called living :))))

Be good and safe, Shadi jaan :P

  9. I'll remember this (not really the "tanden/hara/naval-area of the body" part).

    Thanks for sharing your experience.
