What you "do" is the only thing that counts.

    I am not sure what "how" means ... What I meant was that ideas and beliefs should be reflected in what we do to have some effect ... just reading, intelletualizing, and imagining things is typically not effective :)

  4. Well, my philosophy is that if you don't act on something, it means that you still have some blocks and obstacles in your thoughts and feelings. The fact that you don't act, works as a feedback to you to let you know what those obstacles might be.
